Members of our Gloucestershire Badger Group and hundreds more attended End the Cull Day of Action at Parliament.
Thank you to everyone who showed up on the day, shared the event, and wrote to their MP about the End the Cull Day of Action. It was incredible to be with you, unified for badgers.
The morning started with Betty Badger handing in petitions to Defra, including those from Badger Trust, Born Free, Protect the Wild and Avaaz with over 100,000 signatories. The demonstration on Parliament Square was a fantastic gathering of passionate badger protectors, with inspiring words from our lineup of speakers, headlined by Chris Packham. Hundreds of attendees also entered parliament to speak to their MP or a member of their team directly.
We will be using the photos, videos, interviews and MP responses from the day to highlight the campaign over the coming months. We want to thank you for your support and for the many ways you are all working to End the Cull.
